Yes. It is made with tender boneless chicken, so there are no bones to pick out, just spice soaked meat in every spoon.

Is the chicken pickle very spicy?

It is spice forward with a warm heat from green chilli and two chilli types, balanced by a tangy gingelly oil base. Bold, but not the hottest jar we make.

Is the chicken halal?

Yes. The boneless chicken in Chicken Pickle by PuliPOP is halal certified.

Is chicken pickle good for health?

Here is exactly what is inside: boneless chicken, gingelly oil, ginger, garlic, green chilli, vinegar, Kashmiri chilli, chilli powder, salt, mustard, and curry leaves. No artificial preservatives, nothing you cannot pronounce. We put everything on the label and let you be the judge.

What size is the jar, do you sell a 1kg pack?

Chicken Pickle by PuliPOP comes in a 300g glass jar, made in small batches. We do not sell a 1kg pack.

Which oil is used?

Every jar is preserved in gingelly oil, the cold pressed sesame oil that carries the spice deep into the pickle and keeps it shelf stable. No artificial preservatives. The full ingredient list is printed on every jar.

How long does it last and how do I store it?

It is shelf stable for one year from the date of manufacture when sealed. Refrigeration is not needed. Keep the jar in a cool dry place, keep the gingelly oil layer above the pickle, and always use a clean dry spoon.
