We stick to gingelly oil in our pickles for a number of reasons - it’s heart-friendly, rich in antioxidants, and a healthy fat acting as a natural preservative for a long term shelf life. The slow-cooking method along with the oil’s heat stability helps enhance the rich flavour and aroma of the spices.

Pickles by PuliPOP
We have four non-veg pickle varieties: Buffalo, Chicken, Prawn and Anchovy.
Storing the pickles at room temperature is more than enough.
Pickles can last quite long provided you follow the basic storage rules: store in a cool, dry place and no dipping in with bare hands or a wet spoon. Ideally, our pickles taste best within six months of opening the jar.
Yes. All the non-veg ingredients have been slow cooked to get that perfect blended flavour and texture.
